We'll be hosting Head Bartender Kristina Tubig and Bartender Ressa Ausan for a night filled with innovative cocktails and vibrant flavors.
Head Bartender Kristina Tubig was the first Filipina to win the Patrón Perfectionists competition and later went on to represent the Philippines at the Hacienda Patrón Global Finals 2024, while Ressa graduated from her role of front of house server at Southbank to bartender and was a semi-finalist at the World Class Philippines 2024.
